"We just wanted to take a minute to talk to you about your moving crew that helped us move, 1st off, the three gentleman that showed up were, polite, professional, hard working and above all, very nice guys. They came in, walked around with me so I could show them what needed done, were very interested in what was being moved, came up with a plan and told me to go sit in a corner cause they would handle everything. Handle everything is an understatement..... they did a fantastic job, with taking care of our stuff, treating it like it was their own. I asked them if they wanted to follow me to the new place and told me no, they had it covered. they came in, looked around and started to get done, they even helped me remove some items from the boxes that the items were shipped in. I can honestly say that we would recommend your company to help anyone move (except people we don't care for). We told the person at closing how much we enjoyed your folks, and what a wonderful job you and your folks did and she wanted your name and info so I provided it to her. (sorry I don't remember her name, but we did tell her to call you for all her moving needs and she was very interested). Their prices were very reasonable for a long distance move, packing and tearing down and then unloading and reassembling everything. "Joshua was great when he came to give us an estimate for moving our belongs. He went room to room taking notes and pointed out some things that I hadn't even thought of, like our barbecue and deck furniture. The next day he sent the estimate and was able to put us on his schedule within 2 weeks. The guys arrived right on time and worked nonstop until the house was empty. Then after a short break proceeded right to our new home and again worked nonstop until completion. And to top it all off, the bill at the end of the day came in UNDER the estimate!! Who ever would think that could be. I WITHOUT HESITATION HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Now two years later, we were moving 160miles away. The guys showed up on time loading day. They were polite and very careful taking our boxes and large items out of the house. We had several very heavy items that they had no trouble moving and loading into the moving truck. When they were finished loading they made sure that we knew the plans for delivery the next day. On delivery day the guys showed up on time and just like the day before they were polite and very careful to unload and place our things in our new house. They put things back together and were very careful not to mark walls etc. These guys were very accommodating with our requests during loading and unloading. We are extremely satisfied.
If we ever have to move again we will use Gastley's again.

"Excellent from start to finish. Moving our elderly parents from PA to Richmond, VA was no easy task. But Josh, Celia, Travis and crew were there every step of the way. Celia answered all my questions and coordinated with the new community. Josh was feeling uncertain about one aspect of our move that was not his responsibility. Yet, he took it upon himself to resolve the concern to guarantee everything arrived at the new residence. Travis and team were on time everyday, communicated well if uncertain about where an item may go and packed everything with great care. My Mom has lots and lots of books. With her dementia, it was important that we put her books back the way they were originally showcased. The team packed them by shelf, labelling every box with what bookcase and which shelf they went on. Made my Mom super happy. They were professional and kind in helping my sister and I move our elderly disabled parents. We could not have asked for better care or a better company. They had moved my grandmother 20 years ago. The company is still exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free move."

"My only problem with this rating system is that me and my fiance can't give them 10 stars!! They went well above and beyond what they had to do to make our move all the way down to Florida a success. There was even some junk we needed taken out of our garage down here and they offered to move it without our even asking!! They worked in the pouring rain both up in Pa. and down in Florida! If you need a moving company for anywhere on the East Coast, don't need to look any further, Gastley's is the place!!"
